Bob's Story

My name is Bob Schmitz. My story isn't much different than most people in America. The difference between me and most people (maybe even you), is that I eventually found a way to do all that I ever wanted to do, and live the way I wanted to live without having any stress.

In the mid 60's to early 70's I worked for a major airline in lower management. I eventually got burned out with life in corporate America and decided that I would be happier and better off if I became a small business owner. Franchising seemed to be the way to go in those days.

By 1976 I was the proud owner of the top performing convenience store franchise in Long Island, New York, from one of the top convenience store franchises in the country. This meant I had a good income and twenty-four hours of headaches!

When the video craze looked like it was going to be big I decided to sell out of the franchising arena to open my very own video store, once again, on Long Island, New York. Wanting to enjoy winters in Florida, I also opened a second video store in Stuart, Florida.

Once the video store industry started to attract large corporations I sold out, moved to Florida, and looked around for a few years for a business where I could make money but, not feel pressured to work ungodly hours, have lots of employees or, deal with lots of paper work. I took my time looking for this kind of business but kept busy at my "hobby". (Actually its one of my passions!) I worked extensively on my art and sculpting.

I found my new business by accident. A lady in a health food store sold me a product that was being marketed by a small network marketing company out of Utah. I was excited. When I listened to the leaders of the company speak about there opportunity, the money involved, the time and, the freedom that they were experiencing, I wanted what they had.

I was told if I were to do what they do over and over for a few years, I would be able to capitalize on the company's projected growth wave.

I did what I was taught to do, and the company grew as was predicted and both I and many more just like me saw fortunes that allowed us to live fairytale existences!

One of the company's leaders said that your income in the business would grow proportionate to the size of the organizations and incomes of the people you helped.

In other words, if you could prolong your own personal gratification by sponsoring and then helping and teaching others how to succeed to reach the top levels in the company (that's where the biggest incomes are earned), then the universe will reward you with the same. It did. I reached a top position in the company in about two and a half years, just when the company was in full-blown momentum. I saw my sales organization grow from a few thousand to seventy thousand distributors. The best part was that many people in my organization were able to earn six figure incomes.

A young, broke, 27 year old girl, who almost dropped out of the business after the first 9 months because she was not earning enough money, hung in for another month and saw her business take off. She was eventually on the cover of a major national magazine as a young millionaire who made her fortune in a home-based business.

Another young couple with a great attitude, living in a small rented apartment driving an old beat-up jalopy, eventually earned a high six-figure income, bought a house on the ocean, went on cruises on private yachts, and drove top of the line luxury cars. Another couple eventually went on to be the top distributors in another major network marketing company, living near the water in Florida in a beautiful house, with a boat, and all the goodies as well. I was the one with all the gratitude, because I had the great opportunity to help these people get started, and trained them and their people on how to be successful in life. How did I learn to do that?

Life goes on, and so does time. I eventually left my first company for personal and business reasons and, tried my hand with another company. Now with my learning cycle having been completed in my first company, a little more experience, and a lot of desire to do the same or better, I practiced what I had learned but only faster. I worked with an unemployed young fellow who had tons of desire, and over a four year period, saw him become a millionaire.

Numerous others, and there were many, earned six-figure incomes. I found that success coaching and team training were key factors in mentoring others to become wealthy. As a result, over the years, I was able to personally mentor eleven people who became millionaires.

A young fellow in the army joined my first company and was a great student. The timing was just not right for him then, he eventually dropped out. He joined my second company but, he eventually went on use what he learned to build his own Virtual Office Company and sold out to a larger company and helped run it. He eventually got back into network marketing, only to become one of the top distributors in a major well-known company.

A few years ago, I retired from network marketing because I saw the industry change from being product based to being a sign-up game with little emphasis upon retail marketing. I spent the next six years working on my art. Two years ago, some of friends of mine started a business in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. They came across a new product in a billion dollar industry and started to build a company around it. They asked me to come out of retirement and work for them. I was busy with my artwork and decided to enroll as a distributor, continue working with my art and if the timing was right and I really wanted to get back into the network marketing industry, I could take a second look into this company.

I knew my friends well and I knew they were honest and they really wanted to make changes in the industry that I also wanted to see happen. I wanted it to return to basics. After almost a year, I finally decided to fly up from my home in Atlanta to see what all the fuss was about. What I found out was that their products were so universally accepted and their distributors could make considerable money from the first day without any sales experience, that I decided to work the business full time. I then went home to Atlanta, rented out my home, and moved to Wilkes-Barre PA to catch my friends' energy and help implement a duplicate marketing system. It worked!

This has been the most fun and exciting time of my life. I have seen a business grow five times in a year, and some people have started to earn fantastic incomes. Even more importantly, I have found a no stress, rejection-free business that markets products that literally put people in a good mood. The best part is, that all the kinks are worked out and the company is on a serious track to becoming a house hold name in the next two to four years, with record growth every month and, I get to live my other dream.

Besides doing my art, which I have time for again, I get to help many more people become millionaires in a business that entire families are able to do together. A twelve year old girl saved over three thousand dollars in her first two months. Her mother helped her a little, but she did most of the work, and I use that term "work" loosely, since most people have fun with this.
